Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BeautyFoo Mall. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of any late delivery. We will not deliver products to P.O. box addresses. Where you gives written authority for products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided. In the event your order is being returned to our Company due to non-delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts, re-delivery charges are to be borne by customer. In rare circumstances, if your received items has a defect, please contact us immediately for further assistance. 


Shipping Time

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. When all items are in stock, orders are shipped based on standard shipping time (3-5business days, may vary between shipping companies). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (eg. 11.11), shipping time may be longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Retention of orders at customs for inspection purposes can delay delivery.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery for any purchase made within Malaysia.
  • All parcels are delivered via our trusted courier service with full insurance covered.


Shipping Confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
  • As soon as your order is shipped through our warehouse (after confirmation of payment and arrival of all products in stock), you will receive by email which contains shipping slip or tracking number and a link that allows you to track the delivery status.


International shipping

  • Occasionally, we are able to ship internationally. We only use shipping services that are timely and very reliable. Because of this, international shipping is expensive and is paid by the customer.
  • We understand if you do not want to complete the purchase due to high shipping costs, but as our safety concern, we do not wish shipping companies to lose our package. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
