Return Policy


We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Meantime, we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase at BeautyFoo Mall, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you wish to return your product, please refer to following terms and conditions:-


  • Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your product/merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
  • Customer are required to record the mail/courier tracking number and provide it to us for tracking purposes because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card or bank account used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 days when we receiving your item.
  • Unauthorized or C.O.D. returns packages will not be accepted.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    ***Please note that, change-of-mind after purchased not eligible for return. All products purchased at BeautyFoo Mall cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. 

    Only items purchased on BeautyFoo Mall may be accepted for a return. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If you received a defective/wrong item, please Email Us or chat with us directly by clicking WhatsApp/Messenger Icon below.
