Products purchased from BeautyFoo Mall are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or an incorrect item was sent.
For an eligible return or exchange, the product must be:

- Unopened and unused
- Complete with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Any product that has been used, damaged, altered, or is missing parts or original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and before opening or using the product.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email or through our official WhatsApp/Messenger channels.

4. Return Shipping
For approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are required to keep the courier tracking number and provide it to BeautyFoo Mall for tracking purposes.
BeautyFoo Mall will not be responsible for any returned package that is lost or damaged during transit.
We can only process the applicable refund or exchange after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
5. Return Conditions
We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if:

- The return package is sent without prior authorization.
- The package is sent via Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
Unauthorized or C.O.D. return packages will not be accepted.
6. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
